"DISCOVERY AND ONGOING WORK" (DISCO) session

A new feature of PETRA 2012 will enable future authors to submit a 400 words abstract to a special "DISCOVERY AND ONGOING WORK" session. The aim is to promote the dissemination of exciting new work and especially help junior researchers receive feedback of their work early on.

The abstracts will be reviewed by the program committee for novelty, originality, maturity, relevance and technical significance.

If accepted, the authors will be able to present their work in the DISCOVERY AND ONGOING WORK session. An author can submit up to three abstracts with one registration. The abstract authors will have the option to send a short or full paper within 4 weeks after the conference, for publication in the ACM conference proceedings (see note** below). In addition, authors will have the opportunity to be invited to send their paper for publication in one of our journals.

**Note: If the author wishes to submit more than one abstract as a short or full paper to appear in the conference proceedings, then each additional paper will require an additional registration.
